If a buyer requests 24by7 digitizing to design or copy a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the buyer, the buyer must confirm that they have the rights to use the likeness and that it is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the relevant individual or entity.

If requested by 24by7 digitizing, the buyer must provide evidence of their authority to use the likeness. The buyer will indemnify 24by7 digitizing and hold the company harmless from any liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from the production of the likeness. The buyer is responsible for paying all legal fees and other expenses incurred by 24by7 digitizing due to the reproduction of the likeness requested by the buyer.

However, we urge customers to thoroughly review the artwork before using it for any kind of production or other purposes. It is important to note that 24by7 digitizing is not liable for any ruined articles, errors, or other issues that may arise from the use of completed artwork in any production material or other context.

If a completed order doesn't meet the customer's requirements and no instructions were provided during the order placement, 24by7 digitizing may charge an editing fee at their discretion based on the complexity of the correction.

Refunds for completed orders will be given solely at the discretion of 24by7 digitizing management. 24by7 digitizing will rectify errors that are caused by them free of charge, provided that they are given a reasonable amount of time not exceeding three working days from the time the error is acknowledged. Refunds or voided invoices will not be granted if 24by7 digitizing is not given the opportunity to correct the file(s).

5. If you refuse a shipment without authorization from EmbroideryDesigns.com, you will be charged for shipping both ways. A store credit will be issued for the difference.
