Returns And Refunds Procedure

1. Approval from an 24/7 digitizing representative is required for all exchanges, returns, and refunds to be processed.

2. If the item shipped is incorrect or arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund that includes shipping expenses, or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

3. Unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is defective, 24/7 digitizing does not offer refunds. Instead, if you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, we will issue a store credit that can be used within one year.

Returns And Refunds Procedure

1. If you cancel an order before the item has been shipped, you will receive a store credit for the full purchase amount.

2. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to the original shipping location at your own expense. You will be charged for the original shipping cost and given a store credit for the remaining amount, minus a 20% administration fee if the package has been opened.

Conditions For Returns/refunds

1. Within 30 days of purchase, you can request a return authorization by email. Non-defective items can be returned for a store credit, which is valid for one year.

2. Unopened merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer for a store credit, minus all shipping costs.

3. Opened merchandise may or may not be returnable, depending on the manufacturer's approval. If approved, it can be returned for a store credit, minus a restocking fee (up to 20% according to manufacturer rules) and all shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned in its original factory carton with all accessories included, and further deductions may be made if there are any missing or damaged items.

4. Opened merchandise may or may not be returnable, depending on the manufacturer's approval. If approved, it can be returned for a store credit, minus a restocking fee (up to 20% according to manufacturer rules) and all shipping costs. 5. Software or digitally delivered items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective at the time of purchase, and only for the same product. No refunds will be given for non-defective software once the electronic security code has been delivered.

6. If you refuse a shipment without authorization from www.24by7digitizing.com, you will be charged for shipping both ways. A store credit will be issued for the difference.

7. In case of a full refund, www.24by7digitizing.com may refund the service fees, but for partial refunds or special scenarios, there will be no refunds for service fees. In rare cases, the service fee may be refunded as a store credit.
